对推力轴瓦油膜特性分析

摘    要:三峡水电站右岸电站18号机安装过程中,在推力头与转子联接后盘车测量其摆度时,发现无法进行正常盘车,经分析其主要原因在于推力瓦面与镜板之间未形成整体油膜,即在推力瓦小油室周围(瓦靠近大轴的一侧)没有形成油膜,盘车时该区域处于干摩擦状态。为确保该机组正常盘车并稳定运行,首先必须解决轴瓦油膜问题。了解推力瓦油膜的相关特性对分析解决推力轴承的故障有很大帮助。

Abstract:In erection of No.18 unit in the right bank plant of Three Gorges hydropower project,alignment can not be normally conducted for swing measurement after the thrust cone is coupled with the rotor.Analysis shows that the main reason is that an integral oil film has not formed between the thrust block and the thrust ring,i.e.,no oil film at the thrust block side close to the main shaft,which results in dry friction in this area during alignment.To ensure the normal alignment and stable operation of the unit,the issue of thrust block oil film must be solved first.Understanding the related properties of thrust block oil film is a great help to the analysis and solution of the failure of thrust bearing.
