| Abstract: | Crude oil dehydration principle and the necessity of inspecting and controlling on oil-water interface detection are set forth in the paper. Several kinds of interface detection instruments are introduced on working principle and technic characteristic. Practicability is analyzed and the guide lines on electing instument are brought forward. |
