| 摘 要： | 利用DEFORM有限元数值模拟软件对双杯形件的挤压成形过程进行了模拟分析。基于计算机数值模拟的结果,对特定尺寸关系下的成形情况进行比较,从而对双杯形件的成形工艺的改善提出了建议。

| Abstract: | A simulation analysis was made on the extrusion and deformation process of the double cup shell wih finite-element numerical simulation software-DEFORM. Based on the result of the computer numerical simulation,a comparrison was made on the deformation ability of the double cup shell about some special size. And then proposals for improving the forming process of the double cup shell were put forward. |
