超细氧化锌在9.00-20 14PR轮胎中的应用

摘    要:以超细氧化锌作硫化活性剂在轮胎胶料中进行试验并与间接法氧化锌进行对比。结果表明,在斜交轮胎中减量使用超细氧化锌替代间接法氧化锌,可提高硫化胶的综合物理性能,改善了轮胎成品性能,且可获得显著的经济效益。

Abstract:The application of superfine ZnO as curing activator to the tire compound was investigated by using indirect ZnO as control. The results showed that the overall physical properties of vulcanizate and the performance of finished tire were improved,and the significant economic efficiency was obtanied by using less superfine ZnO instead of indirect ZnO.
