摘    要:所研制的内孔等离子弧焊枪,可以得到与焊枪轴线成任意角度的等离子弧。它为设计制造小型等离子弧焊枪提供了一条新的途径。作者(?)使用该焊枪对内径大于12mm 的管子,成功地进行了内孔对接焊和内孔角接焊.焊接接头质量良好.内孔等离子弧焊接具有钨极寿命长、氩气耗量少等优点,是内孔焊的一种更经济的新方法。

Abstract:This paper presents a new way for designing and manufacturing small size plasma arc welding torches.A method of controlling the plasma arc direction has been developed,enabling the torch to produce plasma arc in a direction at any desirable angle to its axis,For steel tubing of inside diameter from 12 to 20 mm,internal bore butt welding and fillet welding can be successfully done with such a torch.Both the appearance and the quality of weld are satisfactory.The advantages of this new infernal bore plasma arc welding process are longer life of tungsten electrode,low argon consumption rate,and so forth.It is a new and economical internal bore welding process for steel tubing of small size.
