| 摘 要： | 通过“日费制”与“总承包”的对比,论述了“日费制”承包方式的具体做法及其优点,并指出了总承包方式的弊端。对比结果表明,前者生产时效明显高于后者,每米进尺成本可降低600元左右,其经济效益和社会效益显著。 |

| Abstract: | Through comparing "daily cost" and "general contracting", this paper discusses "daily cost" contracting method and its merits, also points out disadvantages of general contracting. Comparison result shows that the production efficiency of the former is obviously higher than the latter. Drilling cost per meter reduces by RMB 600 yuan, showing notable economic and social benefit. |
