| 摘 要： | 本文通过VODC精炼炉传动装置的设计,对新型齿轮和普通齿轮对比,理论分析,并经过实践论证。阐述了新型齿轮在大功率、大传动比中有效地改善传动平稳性和提高使用寿命的机理。指出新型齿轮在冶金行业低速、重载工况条件下的优越性和使用前景。

| Abstract: | Through design of drive unit of VODC vacuum refining furnace, comparion of the new gear with the general gear, theoretical analysis in theory, proved by practicg, proof this article indicates that the new gear principle can effectively improve drive stability and working life at high power and high drive rate. It points out its advantages and future application of the new gear in the low rotation and heavy load in the metallurgical industry. |
