火电厂燃料输送系统落煤点粉尘治理新技术的应用研究

摘    要:针对火力发电厂输煤系统粉尘严重超标、危害严重的问题,分析其原因主要有:冲击风量过大,形成系统正压;落煤管截面积大,形成诱导风;自动控制程度不够等.对此采取了相应新技术:导料槽密封封尘、皮带导料槽内粉尘疏导、改进导料槽内的密封挡板等.经过技术改造后,降压除尘密封效果好,节能降耗经济效益明显.
