| 摘 要： | 文章分析了传统的数控系统组网方式,提出了基于串口服务器的数控机床新型的组网模式,该方式实现了传统的普通串口机床与没有距离限制的高速工业以太网连接,使得车间乃至整个企业的信息网与数控系统通信网络得以统一,从而达到资源共享,适应了网络制造的需要.

| Abstract: | This paper describes the configuration of traditional CNC system, provides a new mode of networking for CNC machine tools based on serial device server. It enables the combination between the traditional CNC machine tools with serial interface support and the high speed unlimited industrial Ethernet. It enables the uniformity of the information network for every department such as the workshops in the enterprise and the communication network for the CNC system. With this configuration, resources can be shared and the network manufacturing are able to be applied. |
