环保型水基化铣可剥胶与溶剂型产品在航天铝合金材料化铣加工中的性能对比研究

摘    要:对YXR—H01型无毒胶乳化铣可剥胶与4种溶剂型产品,在化铣深度超过15mm的航天用铝合金材料上的使用性能进行了试验。主要对5种化铣可剥胶在化铣加工中的耐碱性、刻型性、腐蚀比等进行了对比测试。试验证明:YXR—H01型无毒胶乳化铣可剥胶在20h煮碱、800min化铣加工中,无漏蚀、透蚀、掀胶现象,腐蚀比为0.98,化铣性能优于溶剂型产品,并具有无毒环保特点。

Abstract:Performance test of chemical milling peelable adhesive and four kinds of solvent - based products of YXR-H01 non - toxic latex on the chemical milling of aerospace aluminum alloy with chemical milling depth of more than 15 mm was carried out. Alkali resistance, engraved type property and corrosion ratio of five kinds of chemical milling peelable adhesive were compared. The test proved that after 20 h boiled in alkali and 800rain worked in chemical milling, no phenomenon of drain erosion, through erosion and lift the plastic for YXR-H01 non-toxic latex chemical milling peelable adhesive was observed. The ratio of corrosion is 0.98. Its chemistry milling performance is better than that of the solvent products, and is en- vironmental non-toxic.
