摘    要:介绍一种脉冲涡流无损检测系统所使用的多波形专用PWM信号发生器的设计。该信号发生器以单片机为核心控制单元,通过对外围芯片的控制来实现对输出波形的频率、电压幅值、占空比的连续调节,并能对运行信号参数进行实时显示。经实验验证,该信号发生器便于观察和调节,完全满足脉冲涡流检测系统所需激励信号的要求。

The design of the PWM special signal generator controlled by chip-microcomputer
Abstract:A pulse- width modulation( PWM) special signal gen- erator is introduced, which is used as the excitation source of the pulsed eddy current ( PEC) non- destruction testing ( NDT) . Due to the requirements of the output waveform, chip microcom- puter is served as its control unit, so the output waveform pa- rameters of frequency, amplitude and duty ratio can be regulated continuously, and displayed real time. As experiment results shown, the system is convenient to adjust and observe, and meets the needs of the PEC NDT experimental study.
