轮胎内衬层生产线连动控制系统的实现

摘    要:分析了轮胎内衬层生产线连动控制系统的特点和胶片在传输过程中的张力控制问题,设计了以浮杆为纽带,实现连动和张力同时控制的轮胎内衬层生产线连动控制系统;建立了该控制系统的数学模型,并用M A T-LA B完成系统的动态仿真.结果表明,所设计的连动控制系统能很好地满足生产线相关技术指标的要求.

Abstract:The connecting move control for tyre underlayer product line and the technique of no tension to transmit are the technical difficulties of the produ ction line.This paper analyzed characteristics of the connecting move control s ystem for tyre underlayer product line and the problem of control tensility at t ransmitting film;designed the connecting move control system for tyre underlaye r product line to realize connecting move and tensility control with floating po le tache;built the mathematics model of the control system;and finished the si mulation with MATLAB.The simulation result ascertains the control system can sa tisfy the production line request of the related technique index.
