| 摘 要： | 根据不同生源，从培养目标、师资队伍建设、教学方法、教学环节入手，针对具体情况进行了具体分析。从而，得以因材施教，为快出人才、出好人才提供理论基础，在教学实践中逐步完善，最终达到高职英语教改的目的。

| Abstract: | The paper analyses the English teaching in higher vocational colleges in accordance with the different situations from the various enrollments respectively in cultivating target;teaching staffs and teaching approaches,so as to make teaching be suitable to the students' level.And it conclueles a basic effective method for cultivating more and more talents as soon as possible,and it will eventually achieve the final aim of the reform of English teaching in higher volational collages. |
