细旦阻燃涤纶FDY工艺研究

摘    要:探讨了用TCS法生产细旦阻燃涤纶长丝时,切片含水率、纺丝温度、冷却成形、拉伸等工艺参数的选择。结果表明:采用合理的干燥工艺可获得含水率稳定在18×10-6以内的阻燃干切片,1#联苯锅炉温度控制在267~268℃,2#联苯锅炉温度控制在268~270℃,热管温度为167~169℃,卷绕速度为4.1~4.3 km/m in时,可生产出品质优良的细旦阻燃涤纶长丝。

Abstract:During the production of fine denier flame-retardant PET filament with TCS method,the selection of process parameters such as mass fraction of water in chips,spinning temperature,cooling shaping and drawing etc were discussed.The results showed that by using the reasonable drying process,the flame-retardant dry chips with mass fraction of water less than 18×10~(-6) can be obtained.Good quality fine denier flame-retardant PET filament can be produced when the 1~# dowtherm boiler temperature at 267~268 ℃,2~# dowtherm boiler temperature at 268~270 ℃,the heat channel temperature at 167~169 ℃,the winding speed at 4.1~4.3 km/min.
