摘    要:在引黄济青工程运行中,输水河衬砌板由于受到渗透压力,冻胀,水位骤降,施工质量差和设计缺陷等因素的影响,导致了不同部位和不同程度的坡坏,通过分析衬砌板破坏的原因,有针对性地采取了预防与治理相结合的措施,如:用透水混凝土板替换透水混凝土板,增设保温板,更换闸门止水,加强强度运行管理和提高维修质量等,运行实践证明,这些措施效果良好。

Abstract:Damages of different scales at different parts of channel lining plates are caused in the running process of the project of water diversion from the Yellow River into Qingdao by infiltration pressure, melt and frozen, rapid decrease of water level, poor quality of construction, weakness in design and others. Through analysis of the reasons for damage of the lining plates, the corresponding measures combining prevention with treatment were adopted, such as, replace impermeable concrete plates with permeable ones, add thermal insulation plates, replace gate to stop water filtration, strengthen regulation and operation management, enhance maintenance quality, and so on. All the measures are proved with perfect results in practice.
