摘    要:对齐斯重装公司在生产中使用总公司动能充分调研的基础上,通过成本统计分析方法,对该厂压缩空气和专用热水两项动能进行了分析,结合总公司动能在部分车间应用的效果,提出了节能整改方案。应用表明:针对大型企业内的子公司或部分车间在节能减排、降本增效方面大有项目可开展,尤其是利用空压机自产洗浴热水与总公司供应成本相差超过900%,项目改造费用49万元,年可节约76.87万元,7.6个月可收回投资,具有极大的推广和应用价值。

Abstract:Based on the full investigation of QSHE′s production use controlling company′s kinetic energy,through the statistical analysis of the cost method,analyzed the compressed air and special hot two kinetic energy,combined the application effect in part workshop of controlling company,to put forward Energy conservation action plan.Application shows that for large enterprises subsidiary company or part of workshop,in energy saving and emission reduction,this synergism of large projects can be carried out.In particular the use of air compressor to produce hot water for shower and controlling company supply costs varied up to more than 900%.The project re-construction expenses is 490000 Yuan,every year can save about 768700 Yuan,investment can be returned in 7.6 months.Enterprise interior cost statistical analysis and proposal of rectification and reform programme of the project two kinetic energy proposals reform program has great popularization and application value.
