发展玻璃钢渔船的思路探讨

为了在辽宁省推广玻璃钢渔船,走访了部分省内沿海地区,对发展玻璃钢渔船的群众基础进行了深入调研,提出优先考虑某种类型渔船进行试点更新的方法。同时对我国发展玻璃钢渔船的技术条件、注意事项进行了分析,对应制定的优惠政策进行了探讨,认为在我国推广玻璃钢渔船,需要政府大力扶持,国外的成功经验也证明了这一点。

The ideas and discovery of developing FRP fishing vessel

In order to promote FRP fishing vessel in Liaoning Province,according to research for mass basis of the FRP in the coastal areas in Liaoning Province,depth analysis has been done.The priority to certain type of fishing was proposed to pilot update method.While the development of fiberglass fishing boats of the current technical conditions and notes were analyzed,and corresponding to the development of incentives were discussed in this paper,it shows that FRP fishing boat is unable to develop without government support,this view was proved by the successful experience of foreign countries.
