磁力金属带传动的工作原理及其应用

摘    要:介绍了一种新型磁力金属带传动的工作原理、设计与试验方法及其工程应用前景。在磁力金属带传动中摩擦力的产生是磁场吸引力与初张力共同作用的结果。磁力金属带具有传动功率大、传动比广、弹性滑动小、传动效率高、传动性能好等优点,应用前景十分广阔。

Abstract:The working principle, design and test method of magnetic metal belt drive and its application foreground are introduced.It is shown that the effect that magnetic field attraction and original tensile force act together produces the friction force in this drive.It has important significance to increase transmission power and transmission ratio, increase transmission efficiency, and improve transmission performance, and so on.This drive can substitute belt transmission, chain transmission and a part of gear transmission in existence.It has very amplitude application foreground.
