| 摘 要： | 通过分析汽车遥控器的功能和塑件制品的结构工艺性，介绍了汽车遥控器注射模的设计，重点分析和阐述了抽芯机构和浇注系统的设计。经生产验证，本模具生产工艺和结构合理，操作方便，使用寿命长，对于同类产品的模具设计有一定的参考作用。
