抗静电PVC-U复合材料的性能研究

摘    要:将炭黑或石墨作为导电填料,制备了一系列PVC-U抗静电复合材料。研究了导电填料品种与用量及加工条件对PVC-U复合材料的导电性能、加工性能及力学性能的影响。结果表明:炭黑与石墨在PVC树脂中呈连续网络状不均匀分散;当炭黑含量低时,制品既具有良好的导电性能,又具有良好的熔体流动性。

Abstract:A series of antistatic PVC-U composites used carbon black or graphite as conductive fillers,were prepared.The influences of kind and content of conductive fillers and the processing conditions on the properties of PVC-U composites,such as conductive property,processability,and mechanical property were studied.The experiment results showed that carbon black and graphite distributed in PVC resin unevenly in the form of continuous network,and that the obtained products had good conductive properties and melt fluidity when the content of carbon black was low.
