| Abstract: | Through investigation the dispatch facts, methods for finding out some key-point signals that are necessary for treating the accident among the vast warning signals when failure happens is worked out. Practice has proven that these method will speed up the response in treating the accident and will be helpful to the safe operation of the grid. |
