摘    要:介绍了鞍钢新4号高炉、热风炉及除尘系统的结构特点及开炉后的生产实践。实践表明,高炉采用高导热碳砖和陶瓷杯复合技术及铜冷却壁,系统运行稳定可靠,为延长高炉使用寿命提供了保障。

Abstract:The structure characteristics of the main body, hot stove and clean catching system of Angang new No. 4 BF and the production practice of which after blow - in are presented. The results show that the BF operates stably and reliably because of carbon bricks with ideal thermal conduction combining with ceramic material and copper cooling stave so that the BF can be assured to prolong its service life.
