冲压模具标准件二维和三维参数化图库的开发思路

摘    要:以AutoCAD2004作为开发平台、并以Access为后台数据库管理系统,论述了使用AutoCAD的二次开发工具VBA开发冲压模具标准件的参数化二维和三维图形库的思路,并以一典型实例说明了它的关键技术。本文还介绍了三维模架和三维冲压模具典型结构的装配方法,并对三维模具典型结构动画演示技术进行了探讨。

Abstract:Using AutoCAD2004 as developmental platform and Access as DBMS,the paper discusses how to build a 2D and 3D parametrization drawing database for stamping die standard-parts by the secondary developing tool VBA and describes the key points with a typical example. The paper also introduces the assembling method of 3D stamping die frame and typical structure of 3D stamping die and studies the animation showing technique for typical structure of 3D die.
