| 摘 要： | 提出了用锥面和直线分别展成蜗杆和蜗轮滚刀，获得失配点啮合环面蜗杆传动的方法。分析了该失配啮合传动的基本原理。求解了蜗杆副的占面接触状态和加工工艺参数。结果表明该失配啮合传动可实现良好的点接触。

| Abstract: | A method to make the hourglass worm gearing with the property of mismatched point contact is Proposed. The worm and the hob of the worm gearing is generated by a cone and a straight line located on the cone respectively.The basic principle of the worm gearing is analysed. The formulas for calculating the machining parameters is obtained.And the tooth contact of the worm gearing is investigated. The result shows that this worm gearing could get point contact well. |
