| Abstract: | The phase composition,microstructure and mechanical properties of unfired spinel specimens prepared from bauxite based spinel with addition of fused magnesia and bauxite-based corundum have been studied. The changes in chemical and phase composition of spinel in the grain and matrix of specimens after high temperature treatment have also been investigated. |
