摘    要:自适应局部阈值二值化算法,其效果主要取决于能否准确地估计局部阈值.鉴于在指纹奇异点附近及方向变化较快的脊线、谷线区域,局部阈值很难精确得到,提出了一种多层次分块的指纹图像局部阈值的求取方法,并把这种方法用于指纹图像的二值化.实践表明,算法工作稳定,效果良好,鲁棒性强,对低质量图像具有显著的增强效果.

Abstract:The effect of the self-adapt local threshold for fingerprint image is mainly determined by the estimate accuracy of the local threshold.For it is difficult to obtain the correct local threshold in the areas near singular points or in the ridge-valley regions with largely changed directions, a new method by multi-level blocks is proposed to get the local threshold of the fingerprint image,and then used to binarization of fingerprint image.The experimental results prove that this algorithm is steady,effective...
