浅析石油钻采用井下齿轮减速装置的研究应用

摘    要:目前在石油工业上游行业的一些钻采作业中需要使用井下齿轮减速装置,因具有径向尺寸严重受限等特点而使得其研制开发难度相当高.首先根据机械原理的相关知识分析列举了可行的传动方案,主要有定轴轮系传动、2K-H型行星轮系传动、3K型行星轮系传动以及N型行星轮系传动等几类;然后对国内外石油钻采行业围绕井下齿轮减速装置所进行的研究应用工作进行了全面阐述.

Abstract:Down-hole gear reduction unit is indispensable for some drilling and production process in the upstream of petroleum industry. Because of its features such as limited radial dimensions, it is very difficult to research and develop. According to the Theory of Machine and Mechanism, some feasible transmission schemes are analyzed and illustrated in this paper, including fixed-axis gear-train transmission, 2K-H type planetary gear-train transmission, 3K type planetary gear-train transmission and N-type planetary gear-train transmission. And the research and application of the down-hole gear reduction unit in petroleum drilling and production process at home and abroad are elaborated.
