超细CaCO3改性天然橡胶的性能研究

摘    要:利用Si-6偶联剂改性超细CaCO3,通过直接共混法制备超细CaCO3/NR复合材料,并研究材料的拉伸性能、硬度、热性能的变化规律。结果表明:超细CaCO3/NR复合材料的硬度明显提高,拉伸强度呈先升高后降低趋势,断裂伸长率降低,复合材料的热稳定性显著提高。

Abstract:NR/CaCO3 composite material was prepared by direct blending methods after CaCO3 was modified by Si-6.Various properties of composite materials were studied.It was shown that hardness was improved and thermal stability was increased compared with NR.The tensile strength of composite materials first increased then decreased and the elongation at break of composites decreased.
