摘    要:本文采用化学还原法,即利用甲醛溶液还原银氨溶液,使还原出来的银粉均匀包覆在铜粉表面,制备出镀银铜粉。讨论了银氨溶液和甲醛浓度、反应温度、搅拌速度、研磨等工艺条件对镀银铜粉的粒径及形貌的影响,并确定了最佳的工艺条件。

Abstract:This paper involves the chemistry deoxidized method,thus it uses formaldehyde solution to deoxidize the argentamine and make the deoxidized argent pack the copper's surface uniformly to produce the silver-coated copper powder.The influence with the grain and appearance of the silver-coated copper powder of concentration of argentamine and formaldehyde solution,any other process conditions were discussed.Based on it,we can make sure the best process condition.
