摘    要:采用盐雾腐蚀试验方法,研究了模拟海洋大气环境下XCS-lode钢与30CrNi3Mo钢的腐蚀性能,通过极化曲线及电化学阻抗谱(EIS)试验研究了两种钢在腐蚀行为上的差异。结果表明:XCS-lode钢相比30CrNi3Mo钢具有更高的自腐蚀电位, XCS-lode钢腐蚀产物膜的阻抗明显大于30CrNi3Mo钢,XCS-lode钢的耐海洋大气腐蚀性能优于30CrNi3Mo钢。

Abstract:The corrosion properties of XCS-lode steel and 30CrNi3Mo steel was studied in simulated marine atmospheric environment by the experimental method of salt-spray corrosion. The difference in corrosion behaviors of two steels was investigated by polarization curve test and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) test. The results showed that the XCS-lode steel had higher self-corrosion potential compared to the 30CrNi3Mo steel. The impedance of corrosion product film of XCS-lode steel was significantly higher than that of 30CrNi3Mo steel. In the marine atmospheric environment, XCS-lode steel exhibited better corrosion resistance than 30CrNi3Mo steel.
