摘    要:针对风电并网消纳困难问题,文中利用光热电站中蓄热系统的可调度性和电加热装置自身的消纳能力,提出一种光热电站促进风电消纳的电力系统优化调度方法。该方法以一种光热-风电系统结构为基础,分析光热电站的内部简化模型和风电功率爬坡事件的短时间尺度辨识方法。然后以系统综合成本最低为目标,考虑各种机组的运行特性和约束条件,建立光热-风电优化模型,对系统进行优化调度。利用MATLAB优化工具箱在IEEE-RTS24节点系统上对该方法进行仿真验证。结果表明,高比例风电并网时,光热电站的参与可以缓解系统中火电机组快速出力调节的压力,在保证系统运行经济性的同时,促进风电并网消纳。

Abstract:For the difficulty of wind power grid-connected, a power system optimization dispatching method using the concentrating solar power (CSP) plant to promote wind power accommodation is proposed, considering the dispatch-ability of the thermal storage system and the capacity of the electric heating device in the CSP plant. The method analyzes the internal simplified model of the CSP plant and the short time scale identification method of the wind power ramping event based on a kind of CSP-Wind system structure. Furthermore, the operating characteristics and constraints of various units are considered with the goal of the lowest system comprehensive cost, to establish a CSP-Wind optimization model for dispatching power system optimally. The method was simulated and verified on the IEEE-RTS24 node system by using MATLAB optimization toolbox. The results demonstrate that the participation of the CSP plant can alleviate the pressure of the fast output regulation of the thermal power unit in the power system, and reduce the curtailment of wind power and wind power ramping events while ensuring the economical operation of the power system when the high proportion of wind power is connected to the grid.
