摘    要:以某厂六流T型对称中间包为原型,计算其在4种不同外形结构稳流器的条件下,稳态浇注过程中钢液流态、温度场分布的变化,并通过RTD曲线定量分析此不同状态下的钢水混合特性。采用多相流动追踪换包操作时,中间包内钢-渣相界面的波动行为,从不同角度探讨稳流器的外形结构对中间包内钢水流动的影响。结果表明不同外形结构稳流器能不同程度地影响中间包冶金效果,每一种稳流器在不同考虑层面上都有其优势和劣势,“墨水瓶型”稳流器在耐火材料使用寿命和钢液界面波动上均表现最佳。

Abstract:The distribution of steel flow and temperature in steady state was calculated under the condition of four different structure turbulence inhibitor with a six-stream T-shaped symmetrical tundish as the prototype, meanwhile the mixing characteristics of molten steel were analyzed quantitatively by RTD curve in different case. Multi-phase flow modle was adapted during ladle change period to trace slag-steel interface fluctuation in tundish. In order to discuss the effects of different forms of turbulence inhibitor on molten steel flow from different sides. The results show that different structure turbulence inhibitor affect tundish metallurgy variously, each has its advantages and disadvantages in different perspective. The “Ink bottle shape” turbulence inhibitor has the best performance in aspect of refractory material service life and interface fluctuation.
