摘    要:随着智能电网的全面建设,使得通过智能电表终端的用电采集数据来对电能表可靠性评价成为了可能。本文提出了一种基于异常事件故障关联度的电能表可靠性评价方法。由于电能表故障引起的异常事件报警存在一定的耦合关系,所以将异常告警事件分为单异常事件和并发异常事件进行分析。对于单异常告警事件,分析电能表发生异常事件报警的次数与电能表故障有无直接关系;对于组合异常告警事件,利用Apriori算法筛选出频繁发生的组合异常告警事件,然后计算异常事件的故障关联度。最后通过异常事件的故障关联度对同地区尚在运行的电能表进行可靠性评价。实例分析结果验证了本文方法的可行性。

Abstract:With the comprehensive construction of smart grid, it is possible to evaluate the running state of electricity meters by collecting data of electricity consumption of smart meter terminals. This paper presents a reliability evaluation method of electricity meters based on fault correlation degree of abnormal events. Due to the coupling of abnormal event alarm caused by watt-hour meter fault, abnormal event is divided into single abnormal event and concurrent abnormal event for analysis. For the single abnormal alarm event, the direct relationship between the frequency of abnormal alarm and the failure of the watt-hour meter is analyzed; For combined abnormal alarm events, Apriori algorithm is used to select the frequent combined abnormal alarm events, and then the fault correlation degree of the abnormal events is calculated. At last, the reliability of electricity meters in the same area is evaluated by fault correlation degree of abnormal events. The feasibility of this method is verified by an example.
