摘    要:从汽车稳定杆用钢的实际应用需求出发,采用轴向应变控制方法,应变循环比R为-1,试验频率为0.1~1.0 Hz,疲劳试验加载波形为三角波,轴向总应变幅范围设定为0.35%~1.2%,测试了55Cr3弹簧钢低周疲劳性能,并对试验数据进行拟合计算,得到55Cr3弹簧钢的循环应力-应变曲线、应变-寿命曲线和过渡疲劳寿命;通过拟...

Abstract:In order to meet the demand of practical application of steel for automobile stabilizer bar, the low cycle fatigue properties of 55Cr3 spring steel were tested with axial strain control method under the following conditions: the stress cycle ratio (R) was -1; the test frequency was in range of 0.1-1.0 Hz; the loading waveform for fatigue test was a triangular wave; the total axial strain range was set to 0.35%-1.2%. The test data were calculated and fitted to obtain the cycle stress strain curve, strain life curve and transitional fatigue life of 55Cr3 spring steel. The formula for predicting the low cycle fatigue life of 55Cr3 spring steel was obtained through fitting the Basquin and Coffin Manson equations, and the R2 value in fitting was higher than 0.9. The fatigue fracture analysis indicated that the cracking of 55Cr3 spring steel originated from the surface of the sample. There were many sources of cracks, which were then propagated inward together until ultimate fracture.
