板坯连铸铸流电磁搅拌辊的设计与应用

摘    要:利用有限元分析软件对板坯连铸铸流电磁搅拌辊的磁路结构及应用参数进行设计。根据连铸机辊列图,计算了铸流电磁搅拌辊的安装位置及各使用工艺参数下等轴晶率。在满足安装空间的基础上,计算了一定铁芯尺寸下的最佳安匝数、磁场强度、电磁搅拌辊各组件温度分布、辊套变形量等参数。模拟结果表明,电磁搅拌辊安装在扇形段1号段的1号位和9号位能得到47.6%~61.6%的等轴晶率。在辊套直径240 mm的尺寸下,结合绕线空间及安装空间,铁芯直径最大尺寸为127 mm,此铁芯尺寸下的最大电流为400 A。计算的搅拌辊温度分布、辊套变形量指导了工程冷却水量设计及机械结构设计。试验结果表明,数值模拟的磁感应强度与实际测试的磁感应强度基本一致。通过实际运行结果发现,设计的冷却水量满足冷却要求。浇注断面为200 mm×1 000 mm的400系不锈钢铸坯在拉速为0.9 m/min时,铸坯的等轴晶率为55%,这与设计值基本一致。模拟结果正确指导了板坯连铸铸流电磁搅拌辊的设计与应用。

Abstract:The finite element analysis software is used to design the magnetic circuit structure and application parameters of the slab casting electromagnetic stirring roller. According to the roll chart of the continuous caster, the installation position of the electromagnetic stirring roll of the casting flow and the equiaxed crystal rate under each process parameter are calculated. On the basis of satisfying the installation space, the parameters such as the optimal ampere-turns, magnetic field strength, electromagnetic force, temperature distribution of each component of the stirring roller, and the amount of deformation of the roller sleeve under a certain iron core size are calculated. The simulation results show that the electromagnetic stirring roller installed in the No.1 and No.9 positions of the sector section 1 can obtain an equiaxed crystal rate of 47.6%-61.6%. Under the size of the roller sleeve diameter of 240 mm, combined with the winding space and installation space, the maximum size of the iron core is 127 mm, and the maximum current under this iron core size is 400 A. The calculated temperature distribution of the stirring roller and the deformation of the roller sleeve guide the design of the cooling water volume and the mechanical structure of the project. The experimental results show that the magnetic induction intensity of the numerical simulation is basically consistent with the magnetic field intensity of the actual test. Through the actual operation results, it is found that the designed cooling water volume meets the cooling requirements. When casting 400 series stainless steel slab with a pouring cross-section of 200 mm×1 000 mm, when the drawing speed is 0.9 m/min, the equiaxed crystal rate of the slab is 55%, which is basically consistent with the design value. The simulation results correctly guide the design and application of the electromagnetic stirring roll for slab casting.
