摘    要:摘要:精确标定晶体取向对镍基单晶高温合金的制备与应用具有重要意义,研究了金相观察结合定向切割的金相分析法标定铸态镍基单晶高温合金晶体学方向的原理及标定误差。结果表明,采用3次金相观察结合定向切割可以精确标定任意形状的铸态镍基单晶高温合金试样的晶体学方向。EBSD测定和显微组织分析验证了金相分析法标定单晶取向偏差在2°以内,并分析了引起标定误差的主要原因。

Abstract:Abstract: Accurate calibration of crystal orientation is of great significance for the application of Ni-based single crystal superalloys. The principle and calibration error of a metallographic analysis method carried out by metallographic observation combined with directional cutting to calibrate the crystal orientation of as-cast nickel-based single crystal superalloys were investigated. The results show that the crystallographic direction of as-cast Ni-based single crystal superalloy is accurately calibrated by three metallographic observations combined with directional cutting. The results of EBSD measurement and microstructure analysis display that the deviation of single crystal orientation calibrated by metallographic analysis from its nature is within 2°. Finally, the main reasons for the calibration error were analyzed.
