| 摘 要： | 油气资源和以油气为主体的能源问题日趋成为各国交流、博弈的焦点。当前,受全球经济危机的影响,油价大起大落,是资源潜力不足,是部分利益集团炒作,还是有更深层次的原因?从探究油价背后的原因以及了解油气资源能够支持世界经济走多远的目的出发,以BP石油公司最新发布的全球油气资源信息为依据,从油气勘探开发现状、油气资源潜力分布和油气资源发展趋势3个方面进行分析,系统判断全球油气资源形势和发展趋势。结论认为:石油天然气作为21世纪的主要能源,当前仍具有储量增长、产量增长和储产比稳定的特点;海域油气资源勘探开发前景广阔;非常规油气资源技术逐渐成熟,勘探开发成本逐渐降低,将逐步发挥作用;油价长期高位运行也将进一步刺激油气资源的开发利用。
