摘    要:针对中原油田W22区块油井管杆腐蚀偏磨,停产待检修井增多等问题,经过检修井起出的管杆检查和油井产出水水质监测分析,认识到油井产出水水质监测分析,认识到油管杆被腐蚀偏磨,一是产出水有盐酸溶液的强腐蚀性;二是井身倾斜,形成偏磨;三是缝隙腐蚀和冲蚀综合作用等。

Abstract:Throughanalysis of tubing corrosion and part wear for the oil wells in W22 blocks,some reasonscaused tubing corrosion and part wear are obtained①powerful corrosivity in producedwater;②part wear due to wellbore deviation;③comprehensive action of crevice corrosionand washing etc..In this paper,some prevention measures are proposed,these are ①injectioncorrosion inhibitor in oil well;②smearing corrosion prevention material on sucker rodsurface and using high strength sucker rod;③mounting stabilizer and using rotarywellhead equipment;④changing location of sucker-rod coupling.After application of thesetechniques,useful life of oil well checking pumps are extended 220 days in W22blocks.Economic benefit is upto one million,four hundred and sixty-nine thousand yuan.
