错流离心分级装置的研制

摘    要:通过合理设计分级设备中分级力场方向和介质流体流动方向,将离心力场与错流分级形式相结合,研制出一种新型的分级设备——错流离心分级设备,详细阐述了该设备的工作原理和优点,并以石英微粉为原料进行分级实验,实验结果表明该分级设备具有良好的分级性能。

Abstract:Through proper designing the direction of force acted on particles and the direction of fluid flow in the classifier, combining the centrifugal force with the cross flow classfication patterns, a new type of classifier, called cross flow centrifugal classifier, was developed, its working principles and virtues were introduced in detail. Taking SiO_2 powder as raw material for classification experiments, experimental results indicated that this classifier has good classification properties.
