铸坯堆跺冷却过程传热模型研究

摘    要:针对堆冷过程中铸坯温度的变化规律,采用数学模拟和现场实测方法进行了研究。研究表明:堆冷开始时,堆跺的中间区域是高温区,随着冷却时间的延长,高温区缓慢向下移动;冷却速率最快的是顶部铸坯,而中间区域和底部区域的冷却速率较慢,堆冷铸坯的冷却速率为8.1-14.2K/h。

Abstract:The temperature changing regularity of slab was studied during stack cooling process by mathematical simulation and field measurement. The results were as follows: The higher temperature field was center of stack at the beginning of stack cooling, and moved down as time went by. The cooling rate of slab at stack top was faster than center field of stack and stack bottom. The cooling rate of slab during stack cooling process was 8.1 - 14.2K/h.
