除氧器和凝汽器水位智能均衡控制系统的应用

摘    要:除氧器、凝汽器水位智能均衡控制系统可以极大地提高除氧器和凝汽器的水位自动投入率,铜陵电厂125MW机组改造后,自动投入率由原来的15%上升到100%.凝泵的变频运行使凝泵电机电流下降,节能效果明显.

Abstract:The water level intelligent balanced control system of deaerator and condenser can greatly raise the automatic devotion rate of the water level in the deaerator and condenser. After the reformation of 125 MW unit, the automatic devotion rate is increased to 100% as compared with the original 15%. In addition, the electric current of the motor of condensing water pump reduces as a result of the change in the frequency of the motor, and consequently the power consumption decreases obviously.
