| 摘 要： | 宗地图是土地权利人持有的具有法律效力的图件凭证,它描述了宗地位置、界址点、界址线和宗地四至等内容。该文通过分析当前地籍管理系统在宗地图绘制方面存在的问题及其原因,研究了GIS技术在地籍管理系统宗地图制作中的应用,基于GeoDatabase模型设计了地籍管理系统建库流程,构建了宗地的拓扑关系和检测方法;并在Visual C#2005开发语言中集成ArcEngine的二次开发功能,基于坐标转换算法和地图模板思想,实现了宗地图自动注记、编辑、修饰及输出等功能。 |
