| 摘 要： | 重点阐述了4600／500高强瓦楞原纸机压榨部的配置与特点，压榨部为真空吸移辊、两道盲孔大辊径压榨装置串联组成，以适应100％废纸浆为原料生产A级高强瓦楞原纸。该纸机同时配有水力式流浆箱、单长网，在干燥部设置一台斜列双辊式表面施胶机。并简要介绍了压榨毛毯的高效清洗及维护保养措施。

| Abstract: | The configuration and characteristics of the press section of 4600/500 high tensile fluting base paper machine are introduced in the paper. The press section is consisted of a vacuum suction pick-up roll and two sets of blind hole press roll with large diameter to satisfy the production of A-grade high tensile fluting base paper from 100% waste-paper pulp. The paper machine also equiped with a hydraulic head box and a single forming wire and a slope two-roll size press device in the drying part. The highly effective cleaning and maintenance measures of the felt are also introduced. |
