| 摘 要： | 金刚石薄膜紫外光探测器对紫外光有较高的灵敏度和良好的开关特性。本文讨论了该器件的光电流随入射光波长的变化和开关时间响应。实验证明，金刚石薄膜是一种良好的紫外光探测材料。

| Abstract: | UV photodetectors of CVD diamond have a good sensitivity alongside with switching speeds that are fast enough to be used in the detection of ultraviolet ray(UV). In this paper, the variation of the photo current with illumination wavelength and switching time response are discussed. Experimental results show that the CVD diamond films are useful materials for UV detection. |
