| 摘 要： | 介绍了箱式电阻炉的单片机控制原理及组成。针对箱式电阻炉加热的延迟和大惯性特性，采用 Ｐ Ｉ Ｄ 控制算法，并对其参数在线进行自整定。该系统控制精度高，稳定性好，保护功能强，适合于现场及实验室应用。
