| 摘 要： | 针对城市柴油公交车的工作特点以及尾气微粒袋滤系统的自身特性 ,提出了能保证过滤系统工作可靠性且易于实现自动控制的控制策略 ,确定了有效的振动清灰方式 ,然后进行了相应的自动控制系统设计 ,并对其各功能模块的电路实现作了详细介绍 .最后对试验用热电偶进行了标定并将该自动控制系统用于实际道路试验 .试验表明 ,该电控系统能达到预期控制要求 ,较为实用 .

| Abstract: | According to the working features of diesel buses as well as the characteristics of the exhaust gas particulates bag filter system, a kind of new control strategy which is easy to realize automation is put forward to guarantee the system's safe operation under its running condition, and an efficient regeneration method resorting to the vibration movements is adopted, then an automatic system adapted to it has been designed and the circuits realization of every function module of this system is introduced in detail. Finally two thermocouples are calibrated and an on-road experiment is made. The experiment results show that this automatic control system is practical and is able to meet the expected demands. |
