摘    要:分析了带式输送机纵向撕裂机理,提出一种新的防止输送带纵向撕裂的方法,并给出相应实用装置设计方案。通过改造输送机机尾托架及托辊结构,由压力传感器拾取撕带时托架所受的附加纵向压力,以所测值与初始设定值比较结果作为撕带与否的判据。

Abstract:The longitudinal ripping mechanism of belt converyor was investigated, a new method was raised and a new design decision of practical equipment was developed to monitor the longitudinal ripping of belt converyor by structural innovation of roller carrier and idler. By using piezoelectric sensor to measure additional force of roller carrier , the difference between messured value and initial value can be determined while longitudinal ripping accident occurs.
