概率图模型的表示理论综述

概率图模型结合概率论与图论的知识,利用图结构表示变量的联合概率分布,近年已成为不确定性推理的研究热点.随着概率图模型在实际领域中的应用日益增加,不同的任务和应用环境对概率图模型的表示理论提出了不同的新要求.本文总结出近年来提出的多种概率图模型的表示理论.最后指出概率图模型的进一步研究方向.

A Survey on the Representation Theory of Probabilistic Graphical Models

Probabilistic Graphical models bring together graph theory and probability theory in a single formalism,so the joint probabilistic distribution of variables can be represented using graph.In recent years,probabilistic graphical models have become the focus of the research in uncertainty inference,because of its bright prospect for the application.In this pa-per,we conclude the representation of probabilistic graphical models in recent years.Finally,a discussion of the future trend of probabilistic graphical models is given.
