微波辅助水蒸气蒸馏提取肉桂油的研究

摘    要:采用微波对肉桂皮进行辐射处理,破坏肉桂皮的细胞组织,然后用水蒸气蒸馏提取肉桂油。结果表明:微波辅助水蒸气蒸馏法大大缩短了肉桂油的提取时间,仅为传统方法的一半,肉桂油提取率也有明显增加;通过正交试验得到微波辅助水蒸气蒸馏提取肉桂油的最佳工艺为:乙醇水溶液用量为原料量1.2倍、乙醇水溶液浓度为75%、微波辐射功率800W、微波辐射时间20s、液固比为25∶1、蒸馏时间为60min。

Abstract:Cassia oil is extracted from the cinnamon bark by the method of wet distillation after the cellular tissue was destroyed by the means of microwave pretreatment. The results indicated the time of extracting cassia oil was shortened consumedly, only half of the traditional one, and the extraction rate of cassia oil was increased distinctly, by the method of wet distillation using microwave assistant treatment. The optimum technical conditions by orthogonal experiments are as follows: 1.2 times ethanol liquor dosage of cinnamon bark weight, ethanol liquor concentration 75%, microwave power 800W, microwave time 20s, liquid to solid rate 25:1, wet distillation time 60 minutes.
