高含水期抽油杆管偏磨机理分析

摘    要:从实际的抽油机井生产出发,全面分析了抽油杆管偏磨产生的机理了,研究了综合治理措施,提出的主要方法有:确定合理的生产参数;确定油井生产的沉没度;下入地、扶正器以及选取合理的抽油泵间隙类型等,同时要控制含水率的上升,加强日常生产的管理水平等。

Abstract:The mechanism of wearing between sucker rod and tube id analyzed,and the preventive measures are researched on base of practical production, The main ways provided are: defining the proper production parameters,deciding the reasonable submergence depth ,using rod centralizer and choosing the proper pumping clearance.At the same time, the speed of water cut going up should be controlled,and the management level should be improved.
